Development of a Human Reliability Program: A Practical Guide for Nuclear Security Practitioners in the Middle East is developed by the Royal Scientific Society to serve the purpose of a practical “how-to” manual. The guide is intended for use by any country or facility across the region that is looking to establish a personnel security programme that can ensure the reliability of individuals and to mitigate against potential insider threats. While the focus is on critical facilities in the nuclear or radiological sector, many of the guide’s instructional components can be relevant for other fields as well.
