The US Defense Threat Reduction Agency’s (DTRA) Global Nuclear Security (GNS) program has been jointly implemented by Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) in Jordan for several years. In this capacity, the GNS started by convening basic upgrading to advanced training sessions for interagency stakeholders, and contributing to exercise and scenario development on prevention, detection, and response.
